Mona Kuk

D3X6623-1Mona first fell in love with tango in 1995 and had to put a brake on the short romance due to her then priorities in life.  In 2001, she restarted tango and began her annual pilgrimage to Buenos Aires and Europe to study with various tango masters.  Her training in other dance forms and yoga provide her with a solid foundation and thorough understanding in the principles and techniques of tango.

She left the corporate world in 2004 and dedicated herself to studying tango and yoga.  Also a certified yoga instructor and an enthusiast in biomechanics, Mona is fascinated by the transformation tango has done to her and many others.  She is well-known for her defined pedagogy.  She becomes a professional tango teacher and celebrates the joy of inspiring people to share and to connect with one another through the beauty of Tango.

Mona has always been at the forefront of the development of Argentine Tango in Hong Kong.  She founded Lead & Follow with Donald in 2005 and was later invited to teach in Shanghai, China.  Her works are widely seen at HK's biggest events and functions.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
