TanYog

mona-yogaAfter years of studying and teaching tango and yoga, Mona is uniquely positioned to use yoga as a tool to help dancers and others uncover patterns of movements and unlock tensions that may be limiting their dance.  These classes aim at improving our physical and mental strength, agility, breathing and correct spinal alignment to unleash the body armour.

Deemed a metaphor for the way we relate to the world and to one another, partner dance requires open body and mind for inner/outer world as well as partners' connection. TanYog is designed to provide the gateway to such physical and emotional connection by repetitive practise on different asanas and breathing.

These classes are also suitable to non-tango dancers who are interested in yoga.

*Limited space, please call or write to reserve space.  Report in advance medical condition if there is any

Instructor: Mona

Classes will be taught in English and/or Cantonese. 本課程將以英粵語教授

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
