Deemed a metaphor for the way we relate to the world and to one other, tango requires open body and mind for inner and partners' connection. TanYog is designed to provide the gateway to such physical and emotional connection by practising differnt asanas and breathing. These classes are also suitable to non-tango dancers who are interested in yoga. *Limited space, please call or write to reserve space. After years of studying and teaching tango and yoga, Mona is uniquely positioned to use yoga as a tool to help dancers and others uncover patterns of movements and unlock tensions that may be limiting their dance. These classes aims at improving our balance and our center, flexibility, breathing and correct spinal alignment to unleash the body armour.
